In order to motivate, train, build and strengthen the positive spirit, members of the Con Vita team held a seven-day team building in Istanbul.
Employees have been given the opportunity to relax and socialize outside the scope of their usual workplace. Team building is conceived as a reward for employees for successful accomplishments in the previous period, but also an opportunity to advance ideas of success and cooperation through closer acquaintance in an informal environment.
