ConVita d.o.o. is a multidisciplinary consulting agency from Zenica — a reliable local implementation partner for EU and international development programmes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We don't introduce ourselves with promises, but with what has already been done.
Over more than two decades, ConVita has built expertise and experience in business consulting, project development and business process improvement. We carry particular experience from implementing projects financed by European Union funds and international development programmes — from pre-accession support to local development initiatives. In many of them, ConVita was not an observer but one of the main implementers.
Alongside implementation, we have prepared a large number of project applications and proposals for open calls from domestic and international donors. We have developed strong competence in organising training for businesses — from digitalising production and business processes to applying AI tools in daily operations — as well as in organising workshops, seminars and business events.
The third pillar of our work is visibility: digital marketing and video production, with one goal — that the projects and clients we work with are recognisable and competitive in the market. Three areas under one roof means one thing: the client doesn't coordinate multiple agencies. We do the coordinating.
